Contact Information - Prior to receiving an incident number

  • If you have submitted a report and we have not contacted you after three business days (either by phone or email), you may phone the E-Reporting Unit at (613) 966-0882  to inquire about your report.
  • Please have your name, date of the report, and tracking number ready.

Do not resubmit another report until you have ascertained the status of your report by calling

Contact Information ? After receiving a BPS incident number

Once you have received your Incident #, and if you need to submit additional information that was not included in your original report (such as serial numbers or further items damaged or stolen), please FAX or Mail or EMAIL this information to the Service.

ALL CORRESPONDENCE MUST INCLUDE: Your Name, Date of your Report, Internet Confirmation number, and the Belleville Police Service Incident number.

  • If you require an official copy of the police report for insurance purposes, you or your insurance company should write to the Belleville Police Service to request a copy. There is a processing fee of $25.00.
