Pardon Applications Once the applicant(s) has received proof of conviction from the R.C.M.P, (fingerprints)...., the applicant may attend the Belleville Police headquarters to drop off the National Parole Board, Local Police Records check form (# 2 - in the Pardon application booklet).

Synopsis of Police/Occurrence Report Individuals may attend the Belleville Police headquarters to request an Occurrence Synopsis which they are involved in.
The person must fill out a Request for Police Report form. These reports take approximately ten (7) to fourteen (14) days to process.
