We are always looking for keen volunteers!

Volunteers with the Belleville Police Service Community Policing Program take part in many different activities and programs. Volunteers are encouraged to take part in various other initiatives such as city wide events and festivals.

There are many benefits to volunteering with Community Policing. Our volunteers give back to the community while learning valuable communication skills, observation skills, team work skills, and developing great friendships.

Aspiring police officers are able to greatly increase their competitiveness as a potential applicant to police services.

Our basic requirements include:

- Minimum 18 years old
- Pass a security clearance
- Have two references (contact names and phone numbers)
- Must have two pieces of identification (one with photo)
