On the 20th of November at 116 a.m. police were called to a residence regarding a loud disturbance. Attending officers were able to determined that a female had been assaulted. As a result, a male forty-one-year-old Belleville, Ontario resident was arrested and charged for Assault. The male was later released with a court date of December 20th, 2021. The identity of the male is not being released to protect the identity of the victim.
On the 20th of November Belleville Police arrested two separate individuals on outstanding warrants. Thirty-five-year-old Belleville, Ontario resident Allan Joseph Kelleher was arrested on outstanding warrants for Assault, Fail to Appear in Court and Breach of Probation. Kelleher was held for a Show cause Hearing on the 20th of December, 2021.
In a separate arrest 29-year-old Belleville, Ontario resident Kayla Brickman was arrested on an outstanding warrant for Fail to Appear in court. Brickman was released with a court date of December 16, 2021.
On the 21st of November, 2021 at 11:06 a.m. Police were called to a residence regarding a domestic dispute. As a result of the investigation a 26-year-old male Belleville, Ontario resident was charged with two counts of Assault. The male was released with a court date of December 13th, 2021. The identity of the male is not being released to protect the identity of the victim.
On the 21st of November, 2021 at 7:39 p.m. Belleville Police were called to the area of Elmwood Drive and Airport Parkway for the report of a vehicle stuck on the tracks. It was determined that the male driver of the vehicle was impaired. As a result, sixty-one-year-old Belleville, Ontario resident Carl Huffman was arrested and charged with Operation of a motor vehicle while impaired and Refusal to provide a breath sample. Huffman was later released with a court date of December 16th, 2021.
