Trespassing / Illegal Garbage Dumping
Belleville, ON – On May 28th, 2020 at approximately 8:30 a.m., city police attended the rear of a North West business in regards to a male dumping personal garbage at the back of the property. A 57-year-old Belleville man was charged under the Ontario Trespass to Property Act for Engaging in Prohibited Activity on Premises and was made to collect his garbage.

Belleville, ON – On May 27th 2020 at 12:58 p.m., police were called to an East-end home for a report of a theft of a pair of bicycles. This occurred during the night time hours, and police have no suspects. The bikes are both of the BMX make. Breach of Recognizance
Belleville, ON – On the 26th of May 2020 at approx. 10:04 p.m. police received a 9-1-1 call to an East end location regarding a disturbance. When officers arrived at the scene, an investigation revealed that one of the males was in breach of his conditions from two separate release orders stemming from previous domestic related incidents.
