Break and Enter—Belleville Ontario. On the 31st December 2013 at 2:01 pm police responded to a break and enter in progress on a west end street in the City of Belleville. Upon police arrival the found a male exiting the residence. The male was arrested for break and enter. The male was taken back to the Belleville Police Service where the investigation is still ongoing. A 26 old male is being held for a show cause hearing on 2nd January 2014.

Domestic Dispute—Belleville Ontario. On the 31st December 2013 police attended at an apartment complex regarding a domestic dispute. After a short investigation police arrested a 56 year male resident of Belleville for assault with a weapon and assault. The male was transported back the Belleville Police Service and then later released on Promise to Appear with conditions with a court date in late January 2014. There were no reported injuries

New Years Eve- Belleville Ontario. There was lots of activity over the evening, the local establishment had plenty of customers, but overall the disturbances throughout the City were very minimal. There were only two persons arrested for alcohol related offence, which lead them to spend some time in custody

RIDE- Belleville Ontario. The Belleville Police Service had a RIDE team out and stopped ninety seven vehicles. There were no infractions during this time
