Missing Person – Belleville, Ontario. On the 1^st of January 2014 at 11:30Am Belleville Police Service received a report of missing person. Taylor Cooper, 19 years old, was last seen with friends at a North Front Street business the previous evening. She is described as Caucasian 5'7” tall and 130lbs, long black hair, green eyes and was wearing a brown ¾ length jacket and blue jeans.
