Belleville, Ontario – On the 1st of May 2019, at approximately 9:47 p.m., officers conducting regular patrol in the west end observed a female known to them. Further investigation revealed that she was wanted by Kingston Police Force. A 28 year old Belleville woman was arrested and turned over to Kingston Police to answer to the warrants.
