Bail violations

Belleville, ON. On 1 November, at 7:15am, police were investigating a disturbance at an address on John Street. Police were then directed to another disturbance in the area where a male and female could be heard yelling at each other. A check of the female revealed her to be on bail conditions not to communicate with the male and not to leave her residence between 9:00pm and 9:00am. Ashley Whiteside, of Belleville, was arrested and held for a bail hearing.

 

Motor vehicle collisions

Belleville, ON On 1 November in the 9 minute span between 3:31pm-3:40pm police responded to 5 motor vehicle collisions. Police also attended 5 other collisions throughout the day.  There were no injuries. Police are reminding motorists, as the winter weather approaches, to drive according to the conditions.

 

Intoxicated female

Belleville, ON On 2 November at 1:20am, police were investigating a report of an intoxicated female on Front Street. The female was located, and police assisted the female in getting a taxi home. Approximately an hour later, police were called again regarding the female causing a disturbance on College Street.  A 30 year old female was arrested for public intoxication.
