Traffic enforcement

Belleville, Ontario – On June 2nd, 2015, at 8:53 a.m. police attended at the intersection of Catharine and Dunbar Street in relation to a two-car accident. A 36 year old woman was charged with failing to yield to traffic. There were no injuries.

At 11:20 a.m. an officer conducted a traffic stop on Tracey Street. A 22 year old man was charged with driving under suspension. His car was towed from the scene.

At 11:21 a.m. an officer conducted a traffic stop on Tracey Park Drive. A 29 year old woman was charged with driving under suspension and driving with wrong plates on her car. The plates were seized and the car was towed.

On June 3rd, 2015, at 12:32 a.m. an officer conducted a traffic stop on College Street West. The driver, a 21 year old man, provided a breath sample into a roadside screening device and registered a “warn”. As a result his driver’s licence was suspended for three days and his car was towed from the scene.
