Break and Enter

Belleville, Ontario – On February 3, 2015 at 1:11 pm, police took a report of a break and enter to a storage shed on Victoria Avenue. Numerous tools were taken from the shed. This investigation is continuing.

Fire

Belleville, Ontario – On February 3, 2015 at 9:02 pm, police responded to Pringle Drive to assist the Belleville Fire Department with traffic control in regards to a house fire.  All of the occupants were able to exit the home safely although two people were taken to BGH for minor smoke inhalation.  The cause of the fire is unknown at this time. The occupants were able to return inside the premise once the fire had been extinguished.
