House Fire- Belleville Ontario (Update)

On the 3rd of July 2013 at 1:15am officers on patrol located a house full of smoke on St Charles Street. Belleville Fire responded and extinguished the fire. No residents were in the home at the time of the fire. Belleville Police and Belleville Fire are jointly investigating the incident.

The Belleville Police Service is seeking the assistance from the public in the identification of two vehicles of interest and a person of interest in relation to the house fire.

The male is described as approximately 5'10 130lbs, short brown hair, approximately 17-20 years of age. He is believed to be using the alias name of "Justin.

Two vehicles were observed at the home prior to the fire, they are described as:

Beige coloured mini-van which was atthepropertyon Monday July 1st.The person of interest was observed loading the vehicle with property on Monday July 1st.

Also in the afternoon of Monday July 1st a newer model silver 2-door vehicle was observed reversing from the driveway.
