Disturbances

Belleville, Ontario – On October 4th , 2016 at 2:04 am. police attended on Grier street in relation to a female  who was possibly in need of assistance. Investigation revealed a 22 year female was intoxicated. She was arrested for her own protection under the Liquor Licence Act. She was issued a provincial offence notice for being intoxicated in a public place
