Belleville, Ontario – On February 4th, 2016, at 8:30 a.m. police attended on Old Kingston Road in relation to damaged mailboxes.  Sometime overnight unknown persons damaged several mailboxes. Any information on these acts of vandalism can be forwarded to the Belleville Police Service or Quinte Crimestoppers.

Intoxicated Person

Belleville, Ontario – On February 5th, 2016, at 1:12 a.m. staff at a North Front Street bar called police concerning an intoxicated male who was denied entry. The male refused a cab ride and the staff was concerned that he was planning on driving. Officers attended in the parking lot and arrested a 38 year old Belleville man near his vehicle. The male was charged under the Liquor Licence Act for being intoxicated in a public place.
