Belleville, Ontario On January 5th, 2014 police investigated four motor vehicle collisions:

At 3:03 p.m. police attended on Bell Blvd. in relation to a two-car accident. An air bag had been deployed in one of the vehicles and it was towed from the scene. One motorist was taken to Quinte Health Care by EMS and treated for minor injuries. A 22 year old Frankford man was charged with "Following too closely under the Highway Traffic Act.

At 3:13 p.m. police attended at Dundas St. E. at Pinnacle St. in relation to a two-car accident. One of the vehicles failed to remain at the scene. It was described as a silver Chevrolet Cobalt. It was last seen heading westbound on Dundas Street East.

At 3:30 p.m. a hit and run accident was reported from the overnight period. A parked car on Dungannon Drive was struck by an unknown vehicle between 11:00 p.m. on January 4th and 2:30 a.m. on January 5th, 2014.

On January 6th, 2014 at 1:56 a.m. police responded to a single vehicle rollover on Hwy 2 East at Grass Blvd. There were no reported injuries and the vehicle was towed from the scene. There were no charges.
