Liquor License Act

Belleville, Ontario ? On the 05th of July 2009 at 3:53 am, Police were called to a  North Front Street in relation to a disturbance. Two brothers, a 19 year old male and 21 year old male, both from Smiths Falls, Ontario were arrested and taken into custody for Public Intoxication.  They were later released with Provincial Offence Notices

Belleville, Ontario ? On the 05th of July 2009 at approximately 3:37pm Police were called to Coleman Street in relation to a complaint of a Suspicious Incident. Police located the two parties involved. A 39 year old Whitby man was arrested for Public Intoxication.  He was charged and later released with a Provincial Offences Notice.

A 30 year old Belleville woman was also arrested for Public Intoxication. She was charged and later released with a Provincial Offences Notice.

Mischief

Belleville, Ontario ? On the 05th of July 2090 at 11:40am Police received a report of mischief from a Pinnacle Street location. It is reported that a rock was thrown through the windshield of a vehicle causing it to shatter.

Break and Enter

Belleville, Ontario ? On the 05th of July 2009 at approximately 6:52 pm, Police were called to a Dunbar Street residence in relation to a Break and Enter. Investigation determined that sometime between 3:00pm and 6:00pm suspects entered the residence and removed a Flat screen television as well as a credit card.  The Incident is still under investigation.

Assault

Belleville, Ontario ? On the 05th of July 2009 at 7:12 pm, Police were called to an Emily Street address in relation to a disturbance involving several persons. As a result of the investigation, Police were able to locate one of the involved parties that had fled the scene.  A 22 year old Belleville man has been charged with one count of Assault.  He was released from custody on a Promise to Appear and Officer In Charge Undertaking with conditions.
