Operation Safety Treat
Operation Safety Treat is a partnership program between the Belleville Police Service, Dairy Queen and Doug’s Bicycle. The purpose of this program is to recognize children that are riding in a safe manner (i.e. wearing a helmet and using protective equipment). Belleville Police Service members will identify children riding safely throughout June, July, August and September by presenting them with a coupon for a free treat (DQ sandwich, small cone, or dilly bar) from Dairy Queen. New this year, fill out the back of the coupon to enter the draw for a chance to win a bicycle donated by Doug’s Bicycle.
