Theft
Belleville, Ontario – On December 5th, 2013, at 6:00 p.m. police attended at an Octavia St. residence in relation to a theft of hockey equipment. Sometime overnight unknown person(s) removed a bag of hockey equipment that had been airing out on a front porch. The hockey bag is described as a Team Canada bag with wheels. It is black/white/red in colour. Inside the bag was assorted hockey equipment for an adult including CCM skates. Also contained in the bag were two Chicago Black Hawk jerseys. Both are black in colour with red and white trim. The jerseys had numbers – "12” and "13”. Two Sherwood 5500 hockey sticks were also taken.
Accident
Belleville, Ontario – On December 5th, 2013, at 9:46 a.m. police attended on Victoria Ave. at John St. in relation to a two car accident. One driver reported minor injuries but did not require medical attention. The investigation is continuing.
