On Friday Night at 1836 hrs, Joshua Nagy returned home.

Break and Enter Belleville, Ontario

At approximately 4:15 am on July 5, 2013 police were called to the Provincial Court Building at 15 Victoria Avenue to investigate a report of an intrusion alarm. Upon arrival they found an unlocked door and after checking the building they cleared the scene. At approximately 5:24 am on July 5, 2013 officers were dispatched to another intrusion alarm at a South Front Street business. Upon arrival they found that it had been broken into and a male suspect was arrested at the scene and transported to the Belleville Police Service. The officers were then able to determine that the alarm at the court house occurred as a result of a break and enter involving the same suspect. As a result of the investigation, Ryan Johnson, aged 20, of Belleville was charged with two counts of Break and Enter and two counts of Possession of Stolen Property. He was released on a Promise to Appear with a court date of August 15, 2013.


On the 5th of July 2013 officers form the Belleville Police Service were called to the area of Murney Street where a male came into contact with a female, he threatened her and brandished a weapon and took off on the run. Police later located the male, where he was arrested without incident. Police searched a residence and located bear spray. Charged with Weapons Dangerous, Uttering Threats and Breach of Probation is Sheldon Bolton. He is being held for a Bail Hearing on July 6th 2013.
