Break, Enter and Theft

Belleville, Ontario – Shortly after 6pm, a homeowner in the east end walked downstairs to their main floor to find 2 unknown males inside their residence stealing undisclosed items.  The homeowner chased the thieves out of the house who took off running.  Police attended the area however were unable to locate the suspects.  The males were described as: younger white males, one was approximately 6ft tall wearing a purple hat and the second male was wearing white shoes with dark clothing.  Anyone with information about this residential break and enter is asked to contact Belleville Police or Crime Stoppers.  

Attempt Theft from Funeral Home

On the 5th of March 2017 at approximately 6:30pm, following a funeral service at a local Funeral Home, an unknown female entered the Funeral Home and stole the cash and contents of the donation box.  The female took off running and was chased on foot by staff from the Funeral Home.  During the chase, the female dropped the stolen items and continued running evading staff members.  The female is described as in her 20’s, 5’3”, 110lbs, red coloured hair, wearing a black ski jacket and pajama pants.
