Criminal Harassment//Bail violations
Belleville, Ontario – On November 5th, 2015, at 9:33 a.m. police attended at the courthouse at 15 Bridge Street West in relation to a complaint of criminal harassment. A 28-year old Trenton man was in court when he initiated contact with another person he was not to communicate with. He was held for a bail hearing on November 6th, 2015 on charges of criminal harassment and breach of an undertaking.
On November 5th, 2015, at 6:15 p.m. police attended on Hwy 37 and Harmony Road in relation to disturbance. A 21-year old Tweed man was arrested for violating his bail conditions. He was charged with breach of an undertaking and held for a bail hearing on November 6th, 2015.
Intoxicated persons
Belleville, Ontario – On November 5th, 2015, at 5:13 a.m. officers attended on Avondale Road as a prowler had been observed peering into parked cars. A 21-year old Prince Edward County man was arrested and charged with public intoxication.
On November 5th, 2015, at 7:45 p.m. police attended on Highland Avenue in relation to a complaint of threats. A 61-year old Belleville man was arrested for breach of the peace. Alcohol was a factor in this incident.
On November 5th, 2015, at 10:00 p.m. police attended on Wallbridge-Loyalist Road as an aggressive male was challenging people to fight. A 20-year old Belleville man was arrested and charged with public intoxication. No one was injured.
On November 5th, 2015, at 10:40 p.m. police attended in the area of Coleman Street and Bridge Street West as a male was reported stumbling into traffic. A 33-year old Belleville man was arrested and charged with public intoxication.
On November 6th, 2015, at 4:25 a.m. police attended at Belleville General Hospital in relation to an unruly female in the Emergency Department. A 32-year old Oshawa woman was arrested and charged with public intoxication. No one was injured.
