Belleville, Ontario – On August 6th, 2015, at 1:37 p.m. police attended on Everett Street at Jane Street in relation to a three-car accident. Belleville Fire Department and EMS also attended. Two of the vehicles were towed from the scene. A 19 year old Belleville woman was charged with disobeying a stop sign. There were minor injuries only as the drivers were treated at the scene.
On August 6th, 2015, at 7:49 p.m. police attended at the intersection of College Street East and Cannifton Road in relation to a three-car accident. One driver was taken by EMS to hospital for treatment of minor injuries. One vehicle was towed from the scene. A 28 year old Belleville man was charged with “left turn – fail to afford reasonable opportunity to avoid collision”.
Belleville, Ontario – On August 6th, 2015, at 7:44 p.m. police attended on Palmer Road in relation to an intoxicated female stumbling near the roadway. A 32 year old Belleville woman was arrested for her own protection under the Liquor Licence Act.
On August 6th, 2015, at 9:18 p.m. an officer on patrol observed an intoxicated male on Herchimer Avenue at Victoria Avenue. A 38 year old Belleville man was arrested for his own protection.
3-day licence suspension
Belleville, Ontario – On August 7th, 2015, at 3:42 a.m. an officer conducted a traffic stop on Bridge Street East. The driver provided a sample of his breath into a roadside screening device and registered a “warn”. As a result his licence was suspended for three days and his vehicle was towed from the scene.
