Fire:

Belleville, Ont. – On January 7^th 2018 at 3:35 am Belleville Police attended to an apartment building fire on Bridge Street West where Belleville Fire Services  were on scene battling a large structure fire.  EMS was also at the location assisting with injuries and transportation to Hospital.  One person perished during the occurrence.  The Coroner’s Office along with police and fire investigators are continuing the investigation. Motorists using this area are asked to avoid Bridge Street West between Palmer Road and Sidney Street.
