Domestic Assault

Belleville - On the 6^th of March at approximately 9:30 P.M. police responded to a call for service regarding a domestic dispute. Investigation resulted in a 51 year old city man being arrested and charged with assault and forcible confinement. There were no injuries incurred to the victim. The male was released on a promise to appear with a court date later this month. Names are being withheld to protect the victim.
