Impaired Driver
On the 7th of November 2015, at 10:15pm, police attended at an Old Madoc Rd address in regards to a motor vehicle collision. Upon arrival officers observed that three vehicles and a road sign were struck. The driver of the motor vehicle was observed as being intoxicated and was subsequently arrested for impaired operation of a motor vehicle. The male driver was charged with impaired driving and over 80mgs. He will appear in court on the 26th of November 2015.
Weapons Dangerous
On the 8th of November 2015 at 3:00 am police attended on North Front St in regards to an incident involving an airsoft gun. A vehicle with a number of passengers shot at two pedestrians as they were walking on North Front St. The vehicle was stopped by officers and a male was arrested for weapons dangerous. The victims were not injured in the incident.
