Fraud Investigation

Belleville, Ontario – on 12 November, 2015, Belleville Police Service Criminal Investigations Branch (CIB) was contacted by the Belleville Minor Hockey Association (BMHA). BMHA reported concerns relating to financial irregularities associated to a Belleville Junior Bulls hockey team.

As a result of the investigation Martin More, 30 years of Belleville has been charged with the following offences:

• 4 counts of Fraud s 380 (1) (b) CC
• 1 count of False Pretences s 362(1)(a) CC.

MORE was released on a Promise to Appear and OIC Undertaking and is set to appear before a Belleville court on Thursday the 25^th of February 2016.
