Multiple thefts, multiple charges

Belleville, Ontario – Timothy McIlvenna, 50 years, of Belleville was arrested following a theft complaint.  Mr. McIlvenna faces multiple charges of Theft under X 5, Possession of stolen property, and Breach of probation X 3 in relation to a number of theft complaints from commercial premises within the past week.  He has been held in custody for a Show Cause Hearing.
