Mischief:

Officers from the Belleville Police Service were called to an Earl Street address with regards to a suspicious vehicle. Once officers were there they located a male in the rear of a vehicle. Upon further investigation it was discovered that the male had damaged two windows of two separate vehicles. Charged with two counts of mischief under $5,000, Justin Grimes 29 years of Belleville.
