Motor Vehicle Collisions: Belleville, Ontario

 

Police responded to 7 motor vehicle collisions during the past 24 hours. One collision involved minor injuries with the remaining 6 being property damage only. Motorists are reminded to drive according to the road conditions reducing their speed and increasing their following distance in the wet weather.

 

Theft from Motor Vehicle Belleville, Ontario

 

Officers with the Belleville Police Service are investigating a break in to an automobile overnight. Suspects broke into a vehicle and stole a laptop and clothing. The public is again reminded to lock their vehicles when they are left unattended and to never leave valuables in plain view inside.

Anyone with any information about the thefts is asked to call the Belleville Police Service or Quinte Crimestoppers.

 

Theft of ATV and Trailer- Belleville, Ontario

Police are investigating a theft of an Arctic Cat ATV and utility trailer from a residence on Stanley Street. Sometime overnight suspect(s) stole a red Arctic Cat ATV with Ontarioplate 40YH8 and a black 5ft X 10ft utility trailer with Ontario plate C5865W. Anyone with any information about the thefts is asked to call the Belleville Police Service or Quinte Crimestoppers.
