Drugs Belleville, Ontario

 

 On May 7, 2014 members of the Belleville Police Service assisted by members of the OPP conducted a traffic stop in Belleville and executed 4 Controlled Drug and Substance Act search warrants in Belleville.

 As a result of the search warrants and the vehicle stop police seized a quantity of cocaine, marijuana, cash, and ammunition. The following people were charged and released on Promise to Appears as a result of the investigation:

 

Tim Labarge, 23 years of age, from Belleville

 

-       Possession of Marijuana for the Purposes of Trafficking

-       Possession of the Proceeds of Crime

 

Alexandra Elliott, 18 years of age, from Shannonville

 

-       Possession of Marijuana for the Purposes of Trafficking

 

Jack McArdle, 20 years of age, from Belleville

 

-       Possession of Marijuana for the Purposes of Trafficking

 

William Urquhart,  21 years of age, from Belleville

 

-       Possession of Marijuana for the Purposes of Trafficking

 

In addition, three other were charged and held for bail hearings on May 8th. The details are as follows for these accused persons:

A 21 year old Belleville man

 

-       Possession of Cocaine for the Purposes of Trafficking

-       Possession of Marijuana for the Purposes of Trafficking

-       Possession of the Proceeds of Crime

 

A 25 year old Belleville man

 

-       Possession of Cocaine for the Purposes of Trafficking

-       Possession of Marijuana for the Purposes of Trafficking

 

A 19 year old Belleville woman

 

-       Possession of Cocaine for the Purposes of Trafficking

-       Possession of Marijuana for the Purposes of Trafficking
