Drugs

Belleville, Ontario - On the 6th of November 2013, members of the Belleville Police Service Drug Unit and Street Crime Unit with assistance from the Belleville Police Emergence Response Team executed a CDSA search warrant on William St. in Belleville.

As a result of the search warrant, police seized 13 grams of cocaine, 47 grams of marijuana and $938 in cash. The value of the seized drugs is $2500.

The following persons were charged as a result of the search warrant:

Ryan Hinks - 30 year old adult male from Belleville

  • Possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking
  • Possession of Marijuana for the purpose of trafficking
  • Possession of Proceeds of Crime

Joseph Easton-Vautour - 22 year old adult male from Belleville

  • Possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking
  • Possession of Marijuana for the purpose of trafficking
  • Possession of Proceeds of Crime

David Vautour - 24 year adult male from Belleville

  • Possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking
  • Possession of Marijuana for the purpose of trafficking
  • Possession of Proceeds of Crime

Hilary Bowers – 21 year old female from Belleville

  • Possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking
  • Possession of Marijuana for the purpose of trafficking
  • Possession of Proceeds of Crime

Roxanne Easton – 45 year old female from Belleville

  • Possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking
  • Possession of Marijuana for the purpose of trafficking
  • Possession of Proceeds of Crime

A 17 year old male from Trenton who cannot be named under the Youth Criminal Justice Act

  • Possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking
  • Possession of Marijuana for the purpose of trafficking
  • Possession of Proceeds of Crime

A 14 year old female of Belleville who cannot be named under the Youth Criminal Justice Act

  • Possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking
  • Possession of Marijuana for the purpose of trafficking
  • Possession of Proceeds of Crime
  • Obstruct Police
  • Numerous breaches of a recognizance
