Liquor Licence Act- Belleville Ontario.
On the 8th November 2014 at 1217 am police attended a business in the west end of Belleville regarding a passed out male. Investigation revealed the male was on a recognizance from the City of Toronto Police Service. One of the conditions was not to be intoxicated in a public place. The 31 year Toronto male was arrested for breaching his recognizance and held for a bail hearing on Monday the 10th day of November 2014.

On the 8th November 214 at 1254 am police stopped a motorist for a traffic violation on O’Hare street in the City of Belleville. Upon speaking to the male driver, an odour of alcohol , was detected. The driver provided a roadside sample and failed. The 37 year old Belleville resident was arrested and provided samples of his breath. The male was charged with over 80 mg of alcohol . He was later released on a Promise to Appear with a court date of the 27 November 2014
