Mischief Graffiti – Belleville, Ontario

Officers received a call from a citizen who observed a male spray painting the construction site of the new court house. Officers located an 18 year old male nearby matching the description. Investigation revealed that the male had spray painted 4 separate locations. An 18 year old male from Belleville is charged with mischief to property under $5000 and is to appear in court on the 25^th of July 2013.

Police responded to 6 disturbance calls throughout the night. 5 persons were arrested for public intoxication and held until sober for their own safety.

R.I.D.E.- Belleville, Ontario

Officers conducted RIDE spot checks during the course of the night at various locations throughout the city. 130 vehicles were checked. One motorist was issued a 3 day suspension.
