Disturbances

Belleville, Ontario – On May 8th, 2015, at 9:19 a.m. police attended in West Park Village in relation to a dispute between two neighbours. As a result of an investigation, a 29 year old Belleville man was charged with assault. He will appear in court on June 25th, 2015. The victim did not require medical attention.

On May 8th, 2015, at 12:21 p.m. police attended on Tracey Park Drive in relation to another dispute between neighbours. A 28 year old Belleville man was charged with uttering threats and breach of probation. He will appear in court on June 4th, 2015.

On May 8th, 2015, at 3:34 p.m. police attended on Pinnacle Street as two people were involved in a dispute. A 29 year old Belleville man was arrested and charged with criminal harassment and breach of probation.  He will appear in court on June 1st, 2015.

On May 8th, 2015, at 10:35 p.m. police attended on Elizabeth Crescent in relation to an intoxicated male who was damaging a parked car. A 29 year old Belleville man was arrested and charged with mischief under $5000.00. He will appear in court on June 18th, 2015.

On May 9th, 2015, at 12:55 a.m. police attended on Tracey Park Drive in relation to a large fight.  One male was arrested for breach of the peace. It was learned that he had bit one of his friends during the skirmish but the friend did not wish to press charges. Alcohol was a factor in this incident.

On May 9th, 2015, at 3:25 a.m. police attended at a disturbance on North Front Street. A 21 year old Trenton man was arrested for his own protection under the Liquor Licence Act.

Three - day suspension

Belleville, Ontario – On May 8th, 2015, at 9:00 p.m. an officer conducted a traffic stop on Bridge Street West.  The driver, a 49 year old Belleville woman, registered a warn on a roadside screening device. Her licence was seized for three days and her vehicle was towed.
