Break and Enter(s)
Belleville, Ont. ? On November 9, 2009 at 09:38 a.m., Police attended at a new home construction site on Erindale Circle in response to a break and enter over the weekend. Unknown person(s) stole approximately 60 feet of copper wire, a portable Dimplex heater and an exterior steel door. This investigation is ongoing.

Belleville, Ont.- On November 9, 2009 at 6:41 p.m., Police responded to a suspicious person complaint of an elderly man chasing 2 males described as in their early 20's; one wearing a grey sweater with a shaved head and the second male slightly larger build than the first and this male was carrying a back pack. Further investigation lead to information that the 81 year old male had been out of his residence walking his dog and upon returning interrupted a break and enter in progress at his home. The 81 year old victim gave chase to the 2 males out of his residence on Donald Street, then proceeded south into the St. Charles Street area. The suspects were not located. The victim reports that 2 wallets containing cash were stolen. This investigation is ongoing.

Belleville, Ont. ? On November 9, 2009 at 12:51 p.m., Police attended at a North Lingham Street address in response to the theft of a an Electric Bike described as a 5 speed Silver and Black in colour with a value of $350.00 dollars.
