Operation of Motor Vehicle with More than 80mgs of Alcohol

Belleville, Ontario ? On 1 April, 2011 at 2:40 a.m., patrol officers stopped a Red Cavalier on North Front Street. At this time officers officer's spoke with the driver of the vehicle and further investigation led to the driver being charged with Operation of a Motor Vehicle with more than 80 mgs of Alcohol. Cody Morrissey-English (22 years) of Belleville will appear in Provincial court on 14 April, 2011.


Belleville, Ontario ? On 31 March, 2011 at 3:41 p.m., police attended at a financial institution on North Front Street in response to a complaint of a fraud. It is alleged that Yo Seon Baik (48 years) of Belleville deposited fraudulent cheques into his account and then transferred the monies to other accounts and made debit transactions. Investigation has led to Yo Seon Baik being charged with two counts of Uttering a Forged Document, two counts of Fraud Over $5000.00 and one count of Possession of Property Obtained by Crime.Baik will appear in Provincial court on 5 May, 2011.
