Arrest on warrants
Belleville, Ontario – On November 9th, 2015, at 2:05 p.m. a 17-year old Belleville youth was arrested on Benjamin Street on outstanding warrants. His charges include assault with a weapon and three counts of breach of a recognizance. He was held for bail on November 10th, 2015.
Disturbance
Belleville, Ontario – On November 9th, 2015, at 6:23 p.m. officers attended at a bar on Front Street in relation to an unruly patron who was attempting to punch people. A 40-year old Belleville woman was arrested for breach of the peace. No one was injured.
Shoplifter
Belleville, Ontario – On November 9th, 2015, at 6:25 p.m. police attended at an east end grocery store as store security had arrested a shoplifter. The woman provided a false name and was taken into custody until her true identity could be confirmed. A 35-year old Marlbank woman was charged with theft under $5000.00 and released with a courtdate of December 17th, 2015.
