12 hour Suspension
At approximately 1:44 am on April 10, 2009 police were called to a North Front Street restaurant to investigate a report of an Impaired Driver in the drive through. The driver was located and placed on a roadside breathalyzer test. As a result of the investigation the 30 year old Belleville resident was issued a 12 hour licence suspension and his car was towed from the scene.
Liquor Licence Act
At approximately 3:36 am on April 10, 2009 an officer on routine patrol observed a pedestrian in the area of North Front Street at Bell Boulevard kicking signs and acting unruly. The 21 year old Belleville man was arrested for Public Intoxication for his own protection and transported to the Belleville Police Service.
Mischief/Theft from Auto
Sometime between 1230-1:30pm 10 April 2009, unknown person smashed a window of a vehicle parked at the Quinte Mall Bell Blvd. The culprit removed a purse, wallet, and Black Berry. Anyone with information please contact police. Investigation is continuing.
