Belleville, Ontario ? On 4 January, 2011 at 2:55 p.m., police responded to a residential break and enter on Evans Street. It was alleged that a male approximately 30 years, wearing a blue hoodie and blue shoes in hand had forced entry into this residence. On 7 January, 2011 at 10:01 a.m., a witness from the 4 January, 2011 incident observed a male matching the description of the suspect male on Pinnacle Street. Investigation of this led to the arrest of a 17 year old Belleville youth for Break and Enter. This youth appeared at a bail hearing on 7 January, 2011 at 2:00 p.m...
Belleville, Ontario ? On 7 January, 2011 at 10:13 a.m. police attended at a residence on Octavia Street in response to a complaint of a break and enter that occurred between 3:30 p.m. on 6 Jan/11 and 7 Jan/11 at 10:13 a.m.. The thieves stole approximately 75.00 dollars of a variety of food.
Belleville, Ontario ? On 7 January, 2011 at 8:16 a.m., police attended at a residence on Benjamin Street in response to a complaint of a break and enter that occurred between 5:00 and 5:30 p.m... The complainant reports that the thieves stole money. These investigations are ongoing.

Over 80 mgs of Alcohol
Belleville, Ontario ? On 7 January, 2011 at 9:53 p.m., police received a 911 call in relation to a possible impaired driver in parking lot between Tripp and Elgin Streets. Police investigation resulted in the driver of the vehicle being charged with Operation of Motor Vehicle with more than 80 mgs of Alcohol and Care and Control of Motor Vehicle while Impaired; Michael McFarland (50 years) of Belleville will appear in Provincial court on 17 February 2011.
