Mischief to Property ? Graffiti
Belleville, Ont. ? On June 10, 2009, property owners on Wilson Avenue reported sometime over night suspects spray painted the exterior of their building. The damage is considered to be Graffiti. This incident is currently under investigation.
Public Intoxication
Belleville, Ont. ? On June 10, 2009, Police were called to a disturbance on Victoria Ave at midnight involving several persons fighting. On arrival most of the parties had dispersed. A female who was still at the scene was spoken to and became aggressive with police. She was arrested for Public Intoxication and was taken into police custody for her own protection.
Mischief to Property ? Graffiti
Belleville, Ont. ? On June 10, 2009, at 4:30 pm, police received a complaint that two youths were responsible for spray painting the road way on a residential street in the east end of Belleville. A short time later the youths turned themselves into police. Both youths were taken back to the area and proceeded to scrub the paint from the roadway. The two15 year old youths were then turned over to their parents and cautioned for their actions.
Threats
Belleville, Ont. ? On June 10, 2009, at 4:30 p.m., police attended the Belleville Plaza regarding a Harassment complaint. The victim reports being harassed and threatened by another female as she was attempting to leave the plaza. The accused was known to the victim. As a result police arrested and charged a 49 year old Picton woman with one count of Criminal Harassment and one count of Utter Threats. The accused was released on a Promise to Appear with Officer in Charge Conditions with a July court date.
