Impaired Driving
Belleville, Ontario ? On 09 June, 2011 at 11:00 p.m., police were called to the area of Herchimer Avenue in response to a possible impaired driver with a vehicle in the ditch. Upon police arrival, the vehicle was observed backed into the ditch. Investigation revealed who the driver was, and an Andrew Dunbar 43 years of age was charged with having over 80 mgs and released to a court date on July 07th, 2011.
