Belleville, Ontario ? On 9 March, 2011 between 11:55 a.m. and 11:00 p.m., police investigated 11 collisions within the City of Belleville. Ten (10) collisions involved property damage only while the final collision involved property damage and a minor injury was reported (this did not require medical attention at the scene).
