Stolen Vehicle
Belleville, Ontario ? On 9 November, 2010 at 7:30 a.m., police attended on Coleman Street in response to a complaint of a theft of vehicle. Investigation revealed that the owner of the vehicle had stopped in the area of Coleman Street at Earl Street, to retrieve debris from the roadway when an unknown male pushed the owner out of the way and then jumped into the1998 Ford Windstar maroon in colour and fled the area.
The suspect is described as a white male approximately 20 to 25 years of age, 5'8? to 5'10? in height, thin build and wearing a black ball cap, black jacket with white on the arms and waist band, black jeans, black shoes.
The 1998 maroon Windstar is described as in excellent condition with the "We support our Troops? emblem on the rear, tinted windows and Ontario plates 07VJ48 on the front and rear.
Police are asking for the public's assistance for any information in relation to this investigation and reminding the public that they can call Crime Stoppers at 613 969-8477 or Belleville Police at 613 966 0882.

Break and Enters
Belleville, Ontario ? On 9 November, 2010 police responded to 5 business related break and enters that occurred overnight from 8 November, 2010 after 5:00 p.m. and 9 November, 2010 before 7:00 a.m..
There were 2 break and enters to businesses on Adam Street. One business was entered when the culprits smashed the glass out of the front door of the business, with several offices being ransacked. The second business had an outbuilding at the rear of the property broken into, and had batteries stolen.
There were 2 break and enters to businesses on Maitland Drive. Both businesses had the glass of the front door smashed and nothing reported as stolen at this point. A business on Highway 62 as well had its front door window smashed out and cash was stolen.
There was one residential break and enter reported from a resident on Harmony Road. The resident reported that at 6:15 a.m. on 9 November, 2010 he observed two males inside his garage. The only descriptors of the males are that they would be 15 to 18 years and fled the scene when the resident entered the garage. At this time nothing appears to have been stolen.

The investigation of theses incidents are ongoing.
