UPDATE: Arrest

Belleville, Ontario – As a result of an investigation of this incident by the Criminal Investigation Branch, a male was arrested on October 9, 2013.

Brandon Wilson, 20 years old of Belleville has been charged with:

· 1 count of Indecent Act

He will appear in Belleville Court for a bail hearing today, October 10, 2013.

Indecent Act

Belleville, Ontario – On October 4, 2013, at 7:10pm p.m. police received a report of an Indecent Act that had occurred at approximately 3:20 p.m. being performed by a male in the west end of the City.

Two young females, ages 9 and 12 report observing a male walking east bound on Stavebank Road. The male exposed himself and it was reported that he was masturbating. The male did not have any contact with the two young females.

The male is described as white, early 20's, short brown spiky hair, unshaven, thin build, wearing baggy black silky basketball shorts, and a dark blue baggy sweatshirt.
