Break and Enter

Belleville Ont, On October 9, 2018 at 10:30 am officers attended a break and enter at a business on Bell Blvd. The manager reported that a number of tools were stolen. These tools were later recovered on Moira st w. There was nothing else missing.


Domestic Dispute

Belleville Ont, On October 9, 2018 at 2:00 pm officers  received information that a male and female had been in a domestic dispute on Elm St. As a result of a lengthy investigation a 19 yr old male was arrested and charged with 2 counts of domestic assault and one count of Breach of Probation. An 18 yr old female was also charged with 2 counts of assault. They were both released on Promise to Appear with court dates in late October.


Weapons Call

Belleville Ont, On October 10, 2018 at 0145 hrs officer received a call about a male yelling around Dundas St w near the Bay Bridge. The male was located on the roof of a Dundas St w business. After some conversation the male threw what appeared to be handgun off the roof . Officers negotiated with the male and when he came down he was arrested for a number of offences. The handgun turned out to be a replica pellet gun. The male identified as Joshua Gordon 26 yrs of age from Toronto, is charged with 2 counts of Breach of Probation, 1 count of possession of a weapon while prohibited, 1 count of weapons dangerous. Further investigation revealed that the male was wanted in Peel Region for Mischief over 5000.00 dollars. He is also wanted in Peterborough for Criminal Harassment, Fail to Comply with Probation, and Uttering threats. He is being held for a bail hearing on 10 October.
