Break & Enter(s)

Belleville, Ontario ? On September 9, 2010 at 2:50 p.m., police attended at a residence on Emily Street in response to a complaint of a break and enter. The homeowner reported sometime between 10:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. unknown person(s) gained entry through an unlocked door and stole a Dell Precision Model 320 Computer and a 17 inch monitor. This investigation is ongoing.

Belleville, Ontario ? On September 9, 2010 at 4:30 p.m., police attended at a residence on Moira Street West in response to a complaint of a break and enter. The homeowner reported sometime between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. unknown person(s) gained entry to the home and stole an Xbox and a Wii gaming system as well as a number of video games. This investigation is ongoing.

Belleville, Ontario ? On September 9, 2010 at 10:30 p.m., police attended at a residence on Moira Street West in response to a complaint of a break and enter. The homeowner reported sometime between 11:00 a.m. and 10:30 p.m. unknown person(s) gained entry by forcing and damaging a side door to the home. Once inside suspects went through the home however at this time it does not appear that anything was taken. This investigation is ongoing.

Disturbance & Assault

Belleville, Ontario ? On September 9, 2010 at 2:00 p.m., police responded to a disturbance on Evans Street. On police arrival several people were spoken to and as a result one male was arrested. Charged with one count of Assault is Trevor URCH, 19 years old from Corbyville. He was released with a court date set in October 2010.
