PUBLIC INTOXICATION-Belleville Ontario
On the 9th day of September 2016 at 10:30 pm police responded a suspicious person’s call on Highland Av. Upon arrival police found a 66year old male lying in a bush. The male was intoxicated and while walking home ran into a bush. The male was arrested for his own protection under the Liquor Licence Act. He spent a few hours at the police station
