Suspicious male
Belleville, Ontario – On September 11th, 2014, at 2:21 a.m. a motorist observed a suspicious male at the top of the Norris Whitney Bridge. A short time later a distraught woman called to advise that her boyfriend had been "face-timing” pictures to her from the Norris Whitney Bridge. Belleville Fire Department attended with their water rescue equipment. The male’s phone was ‘pinged’ and a 38 year old Belleville man was located safe and sound at his residence in the West Hill area.
