Belleville ON - On the 10th of August 2019 at 6:00 p.m., police attended a disturbance call on Albion Street. One of the involved parties was wanted by police on an outstanding warrant for one count of Breach of Probation. Tyler Ruttan (23 years old) of Belleville was arrested and later released. He will appear in Belleville court on September 5th.
