Break and Enter
Belleville, Ontario ? On 10 January, 2011 at 7:41 a.m., police attended at a business on Wilson Ave in response to a report of a break and enter. The employee reported that unknown person forced entry over the weekend and stole tools.Belleville, Ontario ? On 10 January, 2011 at 9:06 a.m., police attended at a business on North Front Street in response to a report of a break and enter. The owner of the business reported that unknown person(s) smashed the glass from the front door, then stole cash from the till and left from the same door. This break and enter took place between 7:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m... R.I.D.E.
Belleville, Ontario ? On 10 January, 2011 between 7:30 and 8:30 p.m. officers conducted RIDE at various areas throughout the city. There were 230 vehicles checked. During the RIDE a vehicle was checked and the officer detected an odour of marihuana. Investigation of this incident led to the driver of this vehicle being charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking and Possession of Property Obtained by Crime. Andrew Callaghan (25 years) of Shannonville will appear in Provincial court on 24 February, 2011.

Stolen ATV
Belleville, Ontario ? On 7 January, 2011 at 4:06 p.m., police responded to a report of 2 suspicious males pushing a yellow ATV on Maitland Drive. Police observed the ATV travelling west on Maitland Drive with 2 passengers. Police attempted to stop the ATV. The driver of the ATV failed to stop for police and continued driving west on Roblin Road. Investigation of this incident has resulted in two persons being charged.
A 15 year old male from Shannonville has been charged with Possession of Property Obtained by Crime and will appear in Youth court on 15 February, 2011. According to the Youth Criminal Justice Act this male can not be identified.
Mark Frizzone (31 years) of Napanee has been charged with Possession of Property Obtained by Crime and Flight from Police and will appear in Provincial court on 17 February, 2010.
This is the ATV that was reported stolen to Belleville Police on 31 December, 2010 from Avondale Road.
